The device is Bastak branded and its model is 10 500. The device draws the samples from the piles and storages of hazelnut, wheat, and leguminosae automatically by vacuum and stores them into the sample container which is located on the device. For wheat and other grain samples, the device can be operated by mounting a grain accessories to the device. Depending on the sample type, samples can be taken from a depth of 5-9 meters by vacuum. 5 aluminum pipes of 1 meter, 1 aluminum bend of 60 cm, 1 pushing-pulling apparatus, 1 pipe expanding wrench and 1 bag are supplied with the device. Since the length of the pipes is 1 m, it can be used even in the storages having a low ceiling height. Pneumatic Sampling Systems The device is portable. The device can take in a hazelnut sample of 9 kg in one go. The samples can be taken separately from the required depths by means of the device. The outside dimensions of the device are 900x480x380 mm and its weight is 13.5 kg (pipe weight is not included in this weight 1m aluminum pipe= 1kg).
